Welcome to the Oil mill Sinožić web page

Located in the northwestern part of Istria – in the Bujština area, Municipality of Brtonigla, the area famous for its excellent wines and olive oils.
The oil mill Sinožić is a modern equipped mill, which uses only cold processing of olives, without oxidation, in order for the oil quality to be superb and the oil retains all the natural qualities of olives. In the process of producing olive oil, the oil mill uses traditional Istrian olive varieties.
Olive processing is done on Alfa Laval machines.
The complete line was mounted in 2010.
